Borah Teamwear “Custom Jersey Giveaway” Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
1. Eligibility
The Borah Teamwear Custom Jersey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Borah Teamwear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the giveaway period:
- Fill out the Borah Contest Form above and submit.
- If you are the selected winner, you will work with Borah Teamwear to create a custom jersey design for your team.
- Open a Team Store with Borah Teamwear for your team.
Only one entry per team. Individual entries or incomplete steps will not be eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 11/7/25 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on 11/9/2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
4. Prize
Five (5) teams will each receive five (5) custom Pro Freeride jerseys made by Borah Teamwear, featuring their finalized custom design.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per jersey: $50. Total ARV of all prizes: $250.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be permitted except at Borah Teamwear’s discretion.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will take place on or about 11/10/25. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided on the “Get Started” form within five (5) business days of the drawing.
If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days or fails to complete required steps, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Borah Teamwear permission to use their team name, logo, and submitted jersey design for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Borah Teamwear reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Borah Teamwear in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Borah Teamwear, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.
