Employee Perspective

I came to work at Borah Teamwear as a local looking for a place to work close to home!

As an athlete myself, I enjoy working with customers involved in a wide variety of sports and events! Working for a company that offers custom designs also brings excitement to each day—watching designs come to life from chicken scratch drawings to 3D is super cool!

As an active individual, I appreciate being able to RUN to work. I love that we have access to 3+ miles of trail right outside our Headquarters’ front door! I enjoy going for a bike ride/run/hike while on my lunch break—and oftentimes with my co-workers!

Account Manager/Customer Service Rep

As a runner, mountain and road biker, and triathlete, I feel a sense of pride when I see fellow athletes wearing the clothes I helped make.

As an employee, I appreciate the culture of fun and community supported at Borah. We have backdoor access to public flow trails (made by the owner of Borah) for hiking, biking, or running. Borah even supplies mountain bikes for us to use on the trails!

When we’re not on the trails, we often play spike ball or ping pong during our breaks. There is also a weight room, yoga area, and even a shower and laundry on-site so we can keep a set of workout clothes at work.
